Langara College Association of Retirees (LCAR) is a network of all former faculty, staff, and administrators who have retired from Langara College.

LCAR was created to allow Langara College retirees to stay connected with each other through the pursuit of activities of common interest, and to facilitate retirees’ continued engagement with the College and its students.

• The LCAR 2025 Grand Gala VI

  The Langara College Association of Retirees (LCAR) is happy to announce that the 2025 LCAR Grand Gala will take place on Monday, April 7 in Studio 58, with production support from Studio 58.

  Doors will open at 7:00 PM and the curtain will be at 7:30 PM. A non-alcoholic bar and some complimentary snacks will be available by donation before curtain and at intermission.

  Advance tickets are $20 and are available by credit card until noon April 7.

• LCAR Bursary

  Langara College Association of Retirees (LCAR) has established a bursary dedicated to supporting students in financial need. This initiative reflects the enduring commitment of our retired faculty, staff, and administrators to the success and well-being of our students. The Fund will provide critical financial assistance to those facing economic challenges, helping them to continue their studies and achieve their academic goals. This contribution is a testament to the lasting impact of the Langara College community and its dedication to empowering the next generation.
