LCAR is an associate member of the College Pension Plan Retirees Association (CPPR). The CPPR retired members of the BC College Pension Plan. Their mandate is to work with the BC Pension Corporation and advocate on behalf of its members. They also provide information and education on retirement planning.
College and University Retirees Associations of Canada (CURAC) www.curac.ca
LCAR has recently joined CURAC, which, in addition to connecting us to other organizations of college and university retirees across Canada, CURAC also provides access to other health and travel insurance options.
Council of Senior Citizens’ Organizations of B.C. (COSCO) www.coscobc.org
LCAR is an associate member of COSCO, a national group that advocates for senior services. COSCO members can also enjoy preferred rates for travel insurance through Johnson Insurance (just mention you are a COSCO member).
