LCAR is an associate member of the College Pension Plan Retirees Association (CPPR). The CPPR retired members of the BC College Pension Plan. Their mandate is to work with the BC Pension Corporation and advocate on behalf of its members. They also provide information and education on retirement planning.

LCAR is an active member of CURAC, connecting us to other organizations of college and university retirees across Canada. College and University Retiree Associations of Canada /Associations de retraités des universités et collèges du Canada (CURAC/ARUCC) is a not-for-profit federation of more than 40 retiree associations at colleges and universities across Canada. CURAC. As an active member of CURAC, and LCAR retirees are eligible to access to services and discounts provided through CURAC such as health and travel insurance options. LCAR is an associate member of COSCO, a national group that advocates for senior services. COSCO members can also enjoy preferred rates for travel insurance through Johnson Insurance (just mention you are a COSCO member).
